BHAGYASHRI BORSE JOINS THE SETS OF VIJAY DEVARAKONDA’S COP FILM

Vjiay Deverakonda’s film under director Gowtam Tinnanuri has resumed shooting in Vizag on Monday. The film that sees Vijay in the role of a cop is tipped to be a spy thriller with action elements interspersed. We have learnt that Bhagyashri Borse who has been finalised as the film’s leading lady, has joined the film sets in Vizag.

Bhagyashri Borse Is Cast Opposite Vijay Deverakonda

Bhagyashri Borse earlier made an appearance in Yaariyan 2 in Hindi. While the actress is making her Telugu debut with Mr Bachchan, starring Ravi Teja, she also bagged Vijay Deverakonda’s yet-to-be-titled film. Gowtam has seen Bhagyashri’s portfolio and also her performance in Yaariyan 2. The fact that she’s also playing the leading lady in Ravi Teja-starrer worked to her advantage. When the director approached her for the part, she agreed to come on board after feeling glad about her character design and the story. The film will be shot for nearly a month in Vizag.

Earlier rumours were rife that Sreeleela would play the film’s leading lady. However that did not materialise, and later, it was also speculated that Vjiay’s rumoured girlfriend Rashmika Mandanna would be the female lead. Eventually, Bhagyashri Borse grabbed the offer.

Vijay Deverakonda To Announce New Films

Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming birthday (May 9) is filled with a lot of exciting announcements for the fans. Buzz is that the actor is expected to announce new films and also the status quo of his present projects. A film with director Ravi Kiran Kola for producer Dil Raju, and another film with director Rahul Sankrityan are said to make headlines on the special day.
