According to a company statement, the board has recommended a dividend payout of 250 per cent. The dividend will be paid to shareholders subject to their eligibility on the record date.

Rallis India said that board has approved 250 per cent dividend payment on each stock to its investors. The 250 per cent dividend payout translates into Rs 2.50.
"The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.50 per share i.e. 250% for the Financial Year 2023-24 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company," it said in an exchange filing.
