TENNESSEE TORNADO: WHEN WILL TWISTER HIT CLARKSVILLE, NASHVILLE, SPRINGFIELD?
The National Weather Service (NWS) on Wednesday issued tornado warnings for several areas in Tennessee, including Nashville, Clarksville and Springfield. A twister was spotted in Clarksville earlier in the day, with locals posting videos of the large funnel on social media to warn others.

Middle Tennessee is the most affected area by tornadoes on Wednesday. Flash flood warnings have also been issued, with more severe weather expected overnight. The NWS also issued a warning for Robertson County, where there are reports of flooding and a possible tornado. Large hail has also been reported in Clarksville.

Meanwhile, at least eight tornadoes touched down in Ohio and three were confirmed in Michigan late Tuesday and early Wednesday. Authorities confirmed that one man in Tennessee was killed when a tree fell on his vehicle. The storm that rumbled across northeastern Tennessee brought high winds that knocked down powerlines and trees. Claiborne County Sheriff Bob Brooks said a 22-year-old man was in a car struck by one of the trees.

"Severe Thunderstorm Warning including Ashland City TN, Coopertown TN and Pleasant View TN until 6:00 PM CDT," the NWS' latest tweet read.
