HERO MOTOCORP Q4 RESULTS 2024: TWO WHEELER MAKER ANNOUNCES MASSIVE 2,000 PC DIVIDEND - CHECK AMOUNT AND OTHER DETAILS

Hero MotoCorp, a leading two-wheeler manufacturer, announced a robust performance for the quarter ending March 31, 2024. With a standalone net profit of Rs 1,016.05 crore, marking 18 per cent surge from the previous year's Rs 858.93 crore, the company showcased significant growth.

The revenue from operations for the quarter soared to Rs 9,519 crore, reflecting a substantial 15% increase compared to Rs 8,307 crore in the corresponding period. The EBIDTA margin experienced a noteworthy improvement of 120 bps year-on-year, standing at 14.3 per cent. This enhancement was attributed to factors such as product mix optimization, reduced commodity costs, increased savings, and prudent pricing strategies.

On a consolidated front, the company reported a revenue of Rs 9,617 crore, representing a 14 per cent growth over the previous year. Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 943 crore, indicating a commendable 16 per cent increase.

In a move to further reward shareholders, Hero MotoCorp proposed a final dividend of 2,000 per cent, equivalent to Rs 40 per share, subject to approval at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting. As per the company's filing on the NSE, "Recommendation of final dividend @ 2,000% i.e. Rs. 40/- per share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share), subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting. The payment of dividend / dispatch of dividend warrants will be completed within 30 days of declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM)."
