'WHERE DID RS 100 CRORE GO?': ARVIND KEJRIWAL SPEAKS FOR HIMSELF IN DELHI COURT

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday was presented before the Rouse Avenue court as the Enforcement Directorate sought a 7-day extension in his custody. The Delhi CM, whose wife had claimed that he would make explosive revelation, sought permission to speak in the court.

"Kejriwal comes on raghav magunta: 5 statement mei unhone vohi same bola, 5 mahine jail mei rhne ke baad unka statement badal gya. Mera naam agya aur unko maafinama dekar chor diya gaya. First, is C Arvind who is the PA of Sisodia and he has said that a document was given by him in my presence….A lot of people come to meet me and they talk with each other….Is this a sufficient reason for my arrest," he said.

He added, "Second is Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy who came to meet me to establish his family trust. This statement remains the same until his son is arrested. After which he changes his statements and in the next few days his son is released."

"Third is Magunta Reddy….seven statements are recorded out of which in six statements he never says anything against me, but in the seventh statement he takes my name and that comes forward not the previous six," he said while speaking in court.

Meanwhile, Enforcement Directorate moved a remand application in Rouse Avenue court stating that they require Arvind Kejriwal's further custody for interrogation to confront him with some other people. Statements of some AAP Goa candidates are being recorded.
