Well I wouldn’t call a couple of posts a week “often”, but nonetheless, I still post in the Collectors’ Corner simply because it’s the only active forum of its type around, and the fellow collectors there are actually quite a decent bunch. We discuss rarities, share recent purchases, etc. - there’s none of the bickering there that you tend to see via the comments on the front page articles. Overall, I’m not a fan of the site and I abhor the childish antics of the usual troublemakers, but I think it would be quite foolish to disregard the whole site and/or boycott it entirely for that reason when it’s so easy to avoid that nonsense if one wishes to. I mean, would you refuse to listen to a song you liked just because you didn’t enjoy the rest of the band’s output? An area of the forums can be singled out just like a particular song, or whatever other analogy you wish to use.

As for my friends though, I can’t speak on their behalf. Why don’t you ask them?
