HCL Tech Q4 Results 2024 date and time, HCL Tech Dividend 2024: Several companies are announcing their earnings for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024. Shiv Nadar's HCL Technologies, the country’s third-largest IT service provider, is all set to declare its earnings for the fourth quarter of financial year 2023-2024. The IT company might also declare monetary rewards as dividend for its shareholders.

HCL Technologies, in a regulatory filing on March 20, 2024, said a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 25, 2024 and April 26, 2024 to consider the audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2024.

“We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 25 & 26, 2024 to consider amongst others: Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2024,” said the IT company in the filing.

“The company will announce the Fourth Quarter and Annual FY 2024 Results, ended March 31, 2024, on Friday, April 26, 2024, post-closing of Indian stock markets,” the company said in a separate filing on April 17.

“Following the results announcement, senior management of HCL Technologies will conduct audio conference call at 7:30 p.m. (IST) for 60 minutes to discuss the results followed by the detailed question-answer session,” it added.

HCL Tech Dividend 2024

HCL Tech also said that the board meeting will also consider payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25.

“The items relating to the financial results and the payment of interim dividend shall be considered by the Board on April 26, 2024,” the exchange filing read.

HCL Tech Dividend 2024 Record Date

The Record Date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be May 7, 2024, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors, said the company.

HCL Tech Q3 FY24 Results

HCL Tech in the third quarter of FY24 reported better-than-expected earnings on the back of strong growth in the services and software business.

HCL Tech’s consolidated net profit rose 13.5 per cent sequentially to Rs 4,350 crore in the December quarter, and revenue grew nearly 7 per cent to Rs 28,446 crore.

The board had also recommended an interim dividend payout of Rs 12 per share.

Shares of HCL Technologies ended at a price of Rs 1503.65, marking a 1.62% increase in value for the day. The company's stock exhibited positive momentum, reflecting investor confidence and market optimism.

The stock opened at Rs 1480 and hit an intra-day high of Rs 1514.90 and a low of Rs 1479.40, respectively, as per BSE.
